Bricklaying	BR001	Introduction to building industry. Verify compliance to safety, health and environ- mental requirements in the workplace. Read and interpret drawing and symbols. Lay half brick wall in stretcher bond between the profiles. Lay one brick wall between the profiles/column. (stretcher bond) Build one brick wall in English bond. Plaster wall and screed floor and steps. Build a half brick wall corner and one brick wall Corner in stretcher bond by using the y-axis and x-axis grid lines. Erect and dismantle scaffolding. Build decorative brick-on-edge, brick-on-end (soldier course).	20 Days R9000
Bricklaying 2	BR002	Set out, excavate, cast concrete strip foundation and build foundation walling. Build a right angle one brick wall with half brick wall T-junction and stop end. Build in a bath. Build a man hole with corbelling. Build and isolated pier. Prepare and lay pavers / paving bricks. Build a one brick wall with an end and attached pier.	20 Days R9000
Bricklaying 3	BR003	Build a flat arch using a face brick. Build a segmental arch using face brick. Build a semi-circular arch using face brick. Plaster inside walls of the arches. Build brick steps. Tile a plastered wall. Build a concrete masonry block wall, with right angle return, between profiles. (90mm blocks). Build a block wall with a wooden doorframe and steel window frame. Build a cavity wall with steel door frame and steel window frame. Build a cavity concrete masonry block wall with a timber doorframe and precast lintel and a tile sill.	30 Days R13500
