Majuba TVET College Embraces International Relations and Educational Opportunities

Dr Prinsloo (British Council – Representative) addresses all the attendees at the workshop on the Dual System Apprenticeship and the Centre of Specialisation (CoS) implementation.
Majuba TVET College hosted a workshop for the British Council on the apprenticeship system (A21) at the Newcastle Training Centre recently. Delegates from the United Kingdom and the British Council presented on the Dual System Apprenticeship and the Centre of Specialisation (CoS) implementation.
In attendance was representatives from industry such as Arcelormittal, Newcastle Municipality, etc. Majuba TVET College students on the CoS Programme also attended. There were also representatives from two SETAs namely MQA and MERSETA. Representatives from sister Colleges, Umfolozi TVET College and Flavius Mareka TVET College also attended.
The College Management together with the Training Centre management received the guests with open arms.
