Centre for People Development (CPD), is a fully integrated Business studies campus situated on Dr. Nelson Mandela Road, Section 2 in Madden. The campus is ideally situated to give access to previously disadvantaged communities. It has always been instrumental in community development, focusing on providing people with appropriate skills to enable them to become employable or self-employed. This has contributed to poverty alleviation by creating opportunities for unemployed people to become economically active. The Centre for People Development offers a diverse range of exciting and innovative courses to enhance entry into the labour market, and improve career opportunity in the Business filed.

Classrooms have recently been expanded to accommodate the growing demand for the National Certificate Vocational Programme. This campus also boasts the state-of-the-art, fully-fitted industrial kitchen in which Hospitality learners perform all their practical lessons as well as a fully functional Office Practicum room, where Office Administration students before on the practical lessons.
