Advanced Hand Skills (PW3) AL021 Hand skills on project work. Heat treatment to metals. Drill sharpening and flange drilling. 15 Days
Keys and Locking Devices (PW4) AL024 Manufacture different types of keys and locking devices. Fit taper lock bushes. 15 Days
Lubrication & Bearings (PW5) AL025 Mounting of all types of bearings. Bearing failure diagnosis. Manufacture white metal bearing. Use induction heater. Identify lubrication systems. Strip; assemble and align worm wheel reduction gearbox. 15 Days
Drives & Pumps (PW6) AL037 Alignment of couplings, chains and V- belts. Maintenance on centrifugal pumps. Set different types of brake equipment. 15 Days
Pneumatics (PNU) AO002 Learn basic symbols.Identify filters, lubricators, pipes and different type of valves. Design and build basic, conventional and cascade circuits using actuators with linear and rotary movements. 15 Days
Hydraulics (HIDR) AH005 Learn symbols.Identify power units, filters, pumps, cylinders, accumulators and different types of valves. Design and build basic and conventional circuits using actuators with linear and rotary movement. 15 Days
Basic Turning (DW1) AC005 Introduction, Inspection and Maintenance of lathes. Interpret symbols and tolerances. Grind cutting tools and set work pieces. Practice internal, external parallel turning, V- threads, taper and tapping work. 30 Days
Various Threads Internal/External (DW2) AC008 Practice square, trapezoidal threads. V-pulleys and between centre turning. 15 Days
Multiple Start Threads (DW3) AC003 Practice multiple threads internal & external. Balance work pieces, calculate gear ranges and do spiral turning. 15 Days
Tungsten Tool Project Work (DW4) AC011 Machine project work with Tungsten tools, spiral turning and tripaning cutting. 15 Days
Basic Milling (FW1) AM005 Introduction and maintenance of milling machine. Grind tools; set up work pieces using parallel bars. Calculations on dividing head. Boring tasks.   15 Days
Arbor Cutting (FW2) AM008 Arbor machining. 15 Day
